Shipping and Delivery Policy
The products featured in our shop are sent by our international suppliers directly to your country. Items are dispatched to the address provided at the shop's checkout at the time the order is completed.
Our average delivery timeframe is 5 to 45 working days after the product has been dispatched. Your order will be sent shortly after Payment Confirmation and Logistics Processing.
Payment Confirmation: Following the purchase, payment confirmation may take between 1 and 3 working days to complete, depending on the rules of the payment gateway and the credit card providers.
Logistics Processing: You will receive your tracking code via the email address and contact details provided at the time of purchase. The timeframe for sending the code is up to 8 working days after payment confirmation.
It is important to always inspect products at the time of delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is not in suitable condition or if there are signs of damage. In such cases, please notify our Customer Service department immediately.
Failed Collection/Delivery: The Store undertakes to make up to three consecutive delivery attempts within 48 hours of the previous attempt. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our Centre and re-sent. The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
