Terms and Conditions of Sale
Given that the Store conducts sales of products via the Internet; and considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store through its sales channels; this contract aims to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products by the customer on the Store’s website.
I – Confidentiality: It is the Store's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker activity through the "Armoured Site" (Sitio Blindado) seal.
II – Customer Service (SAC): The Customer has this service at their disposal to answer questions, resolve requests, or address complaints regarding their order or any content available on the site. Customer Service can be contacted via email through the website.
III – Delivery Policy: The delivery timeframe for the Products is provided during the purchase procedure and is counted in working days. Products are delivered from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

III.I: It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the dimensions of the Products are suitable. The Customer must ensure compliance at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service if necessary.

III.II: Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between attempts. It is essential that an authorised person over the age of 18, carrying an identity document, is present at the requested address to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to the Store’s Distribution Centre.

III.III: Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or the delivery address, or to request an advance or priority delivery.

III.IV: Shipping is free of charge throughout the national territory.

III.V: The Store does not authorise the carrier to: enter the residence; perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to a different address; or deliver to minors or persons without identification.

III.VII: The Store is not responsible for the seizure of goods when this is due exclusively to pending issues on the part of the customer. In such cases, the customer may need to visit the tax office to release the goods, as information regarding releases and payments is only provided to the parties concerned.
IV – Right of Withdrawal: The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal to return the Product, provided the following conditions are met:

The deadline to withdraw from the purchase is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In the event of a return, the product must be sent back to the Store's Distribution Centre in its original packaging.

IV.I: The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).

IV.II: Once the product arrives at the Distribution Centre, the Store will verify if the aforementioned conditions have been met. If so, a full refund of the purchase price will be processed.

IV.III: For purchases made by credit card, the card provider will be notified, and the refund will appear on the following or subsequent statement in a single instalment, regardless of the number of instalments used for the original purchase.
